Good for the price (very good)
Let's be clear: You won't find this one on weapons used by top-elite units nor in record-breaking shooters anywhere. It's a good part sold for 6 - 8 times less, and for that money, is more tan enough. I won't say cheap, because it's not a piece of garbage you buy saturday for $10, shoot sunday and throw away on monday. Is made for being installed over a .22, a kid's gun, an airsoft or anything you won't hang your life on it. But it can stand a regular revolver or pistol recoil without a problem. It's fun to shoot? Absolutely. Stays in place? Of course. Clear image? Yes. EDITED: I put it on a Model 10 S&W revolver and I it shoot very good groups up to 50 meter. Received product but missing battery that was to be included.
This scope is obviously the 'lower end' of the scope family of Barska line, but suits my use for predator hunting, primarily coyotes. I have it mounted on the Remington 870 shotgun and is good for quick 'snap shots' that are sometimes needed in close up shots. I doubt it would serve my use on any of my handguns. I was disappointed when opening the box and finding that no battery was included, which by the way is clearly stated on the product's label. very good sight for the money , works great on a .22 pistol and is very accurate , can shoot a 2" group at 25 yards off hand. very happy with the sight.
