The remote arrived as described. Sadly, it no longer would work with my TV but the seller was extremely accommodating and processed a refund immediately and didn't even ask for it back. Comes with the territory of older electronics. I HIGHLY recommend this seller though. Above and beyond service.

RECOMMENDED: Seller promised a full functional vintage unit and it arrived working perfectly, as far as I can tell. My only quibble is the packing used micro-shredded newsprint, which is a pain to clean up, and can get into mechanical items. I had no trouble, except for the cleanup after disassembling the package. Overall I'm very satisfied. Good communication.
