This purchase is an absolute nightmare. All companies should be banned from free shipping. I was told my copier would be shipped today in the morning, and the day is now over. I have to go out of town, and the seller has no idea whatsoever when my copier will be delivered, and i am told they will deliver it whenever they can catch me.
I don't want my copier traveling all around the Country because Moving Office Equipment can't tell me when it will arrive

You requested that our shipper deliver to you on specific dates because you were going out of town. We use specialized copier carriers to ensure safe arrival and unfortunately they were not able to accommodate your request. Your money was refunded. We do things the right way and our hundreds of satisfied Ebay customer reviews speak to that fact. As soon as we realized our shipper couldn't accommodate your request we refunded your money right away.
