Very easy to set up for us older non electronic people. Easy to understand & love the larger keys. After using it for awhile, I can't find a negative comment about this phone setup. ( I got the four phone package & have one in most used rooms.

Well worth it.
I didn't have any issues setting this system up. All 4 handsets were programmed to the base unit making it all plug and play. I had to adjust a few options like turning off the talking caller ID and volume levels, but that's about it. The calls sound decent, a little tinny, but still good quality as compared to most other cordless phones.
