The only problem was that I couldn't get the battery grip to work (mentioned in the item description that this item was modified but still in working order). When I informed them of this issue, they immediately offered me a full refund, no questions asked. I was able to buy a new battery grip and still have money left from the refund. I wish more seller were like them.
