great compact addition to any ultralight cook system
the toaks titanium mug is an awesome ultralight option for my backpacking. it weighs basically nothing and the 550 version can even fit in my jacket pocket if needed. the diameter of the mug is such that you can fit the small size of isopropane fuel inside along with a BRS stove which I use in my cook system. the mug can hold two cups of water just barely which is enough for most freeze-dried meals. Too thin- lid pops off and cup warps
I actually gave this away because after using it once to heat a freeze dried meal it warped and the doesn't fit well at all and gets knocked off by boing water.I then purchased a LIXADA for 2/3 the cost and it works much better. Toaks really dropped the ball here.

Great for backpacking if you’re looking for a ultralight pot. It even fits my titanium foldable spork from Toaks. FYI you can use the pot bag as a rag to clean the pot inside.
