The seller was fine. The unit arrived a few days late but that is the fault of depending on USPS to deliver. Which they don't. The unit is as described but just know that it is a VERY cheap unit. Thin, cheap plastic, one drop and this thing will shatter! But hey, it's like $20, so pretty much what one should expect, right? I'll use it 3 times and send it to a friend to use three times, not sure it will last much longer than that! But the seller? Sure, they were fine.

Purchased the product to transfer some really old, as in 1990's old cassette tapes that my significant other made when he sang at bars and saloons in the 90's. These were the ONLY copies that were left. I was absolutely desperate to preserve them as he passed away in April 2023. I was able to transfer to my laptop and then burn to a CD. Not really thrilled with the Audacity software but it did the job. I had purchased a different transfer cassette a couple of weeks ago and the memory card got stuck in the slot the first time I used it so I decided to purchase this one. I was thrilled that it actually worked. Would I recommend this product? Noisy playback, cheap quality plastic build, have to force the play button to make it stay down. I miss SONY WALKMAN, TEAC, PIONEER cassette decks when things where built better for the same cost.
