Not as many Princess stories as expected
We searched long and hard for this video. Their are previews for it on many other Disney videos yet its extremely hard to find. Overall, its a neat video, but doesn't feature many princesses. Each princess introduces an animated short, but only a few of them are princess stories. Most of the other shorts are very old Disney shorts, from early Mickey Mouse years (think Betty Boop and Popeye). While I think they are very cool and Christmas-y, they didn't capture my daughter's attention too much. I think (for once) my husband and I enjoyed watching a princess video more than our daughters. This video scores a 4/5 for me on parental watchability, and a 2.5/5 for children. I am glad we have it in our collection, but buyer beware if you are expecting an actual Disney Princess Holiday Celebration of any sort.Read full review

Disney Princess Christmas of Enchantment
I was so excited to get this movie for my daughter. I looked for it all of 2007 Christmas season in stores and resorted to buying it used on Ebay this past Christmas. My daughter is 3 1/2 and is princess crazy, she likes the movie okay, the best part is you can have the option to decorate each princess' tree during the "intermission". My husband and I were both a bit dissapointed as the movie was nothing like we would have expected. It is basically the princess' at a theater and each speaks of "my favorite holiday performace was"........ and then it is some other type of movie scene. IE: Snow White likes the Cookie Queen and it shows a clip from some old cartoon that must be Disney but it looks to be from 1950? We expected that it would be the princess' celebrating the holidays in one big castle decorating a tree and singing. So all in all - I will probably sell it on Ebay next Christmas.Read full review

We are Disney saturated here with 2 grandkids under 4. This helps her speech and reading skills as well as being a favorite pasttime
