This arrived quickly and well-packed, so kudos for that, and all the original packaging appears to be included, so that's a plus also. The item does NOT appear to be "unused" (despite the incredibly vague description's claims otherwise) and in fact had a sticky film of some kind on it that indicates it was most definitely used at some point. I can't attest to whether it works or not because the printer I hooked it up to has decided to stop working right when I'm trying to test it out.
