Excellent experience. The lens was exactly as described, communication was prompt with frequent updates, packaged extremely well, and arrived very quickly to the US. I did experience issues with the lens on my mirrorless body; apparently, the lens needed a firmware update. The seller helped every step of the way to contact Tamron Japan to obtain an international warranty card so the Tamron service center in the US could perform the firmware update. Now it works perfectly. Thanks!
