The item arrived on time, but was not as described. It was voice activated and I did not want that. I contacted the seller and they worked with me to return the item and gave me my refund, even before they received the item back. I would advise people if you buy a $12. item do not bother returning it, as the return postage was $8., so really not a win at all, especially since the item was not as described.
