    Surplus Sony DVP-NS57P

    This is a good unit, picture is good, I already had the remote that goes with it so my price was good. I use it for guitar instruction DVDs and to watch movies. The picture has a lot of control parameters, slow, fast, advance repeat, etc. The player will pick back up where it was when you stopped watching. I find it useful for my purposes. The player comes set up for region 1 only. If you google the model # and "hack" or "region hack" you will find out how to unlock this player to access other region DVDs. Enjoy !

    Sony DVP-NS57P CD/DVD Player is an older player but works great. I like this player. You can stop and start from where you left off. I love that feature.

    "More than satisfied"

    This is an excellent product for the money. It's features are of good quality and competitive with other much higer priced units. If it edures the frequent useage and normal abuses, it is well worth the coin. The slim style makes it easy to find a place to put it. The CD player feature plays as good as any high dollar stereo. I would have to say I am pleased with the decision to purchase this Sony over others I was considering.
