Great unit at a great price!
I bought a somewhat similar model and it works well considering the reasonable cost. The only drawback is that it would sometimes start to inflate the cuff and then stop. You would have to reset the unit and try again. This new unit starts inflating the cuff with no hickups. It performs the inflation/deflation cycle rapidly. It also has on-board rechargeable battery pack. No more batteries to replace. The new unit even talks to you relaying the test results and any status messages. Also matches closely the results from my doctors offices. Good brand, good product, really fast delivery.
This unit is quite a bit smaller than the old grey strapped wrist unit I had before so it is even more convenient and lightweight. Uses AAA batteries, comes with a durable case that is easy to open and close, and you get results fairly quickly.

Worth getting,good value.
It is as described, and uses a rechargeable battery. My old one used a lot of batteries. The only thing I don't like is it is difficult to change settings, such as the voice reding the blood pressure. So far it appears to be accurate.
