    Wonderful breadmaker!

    I love my breadmaker! With this machine you just load it and it does the rest. Sometimes you do have to make sure you push the dough back down in the baking process because it does tend to swell quite a bit, but after that, that's it, it does the rest. Just don't be like I was and forget to put the gray knead paddle in the bottom of the bread pan so that the machine can actually mix the ingredients together. I actually forgot to do this and called Cust. service and almost sent a perfectly good machine back. So attach knead paddle, pour in your ingredients and your family will love you for it. Enjoy!

    Works, but not a perfect fit

    This kit was worth buying as compared to replacing the entire bread pan, which is difficult to find. It was not a perfect fit, though. I found that using both brass washers caused the assembly to be so tight that it barely turned. My original seals used one brass and one teflon washer. When I re-used the teflon washer along with one new brass washer everything spun freely. Also, the seal itself is slightly different from the original. The original has a small lip that retains the seal inside the recess. This seal does no. Still, the seal fit tightly into the recess. Bottom line- it worked, but wasn't perfect.

    Just seal

    A,lthough the seal was fine in my case as with most I think I needed to replace the clips holding the seal in place. They don’t come with this product but as I found out with another offer for a few dollars more! I sent a note asking to seller for size so I could buy at local hardware and had no response. Had to work my wat through finding the right size. Would cost seller very little or nothing to include or say to buy offer with clips.

    Defective - Never Worked

    I bought this model at a Goodwill store for $35. It was tagged as a new item. I was unable to pull the pan out, so I proceeded to run the machine through one bread making cycle. Afterwards, using all my might, and pulling on the pan while leveraging the machine between my feet, I was able to pull out the pan. Sadly, after this the paddle did not turn again. I consider this to be a piece of junk and a total waste of money. Also, even if it had worked, I found the menu hard to use because it has too many choices to go through when selecting the desired bread options. It takes a long time to go through numerous choices, and one cannot skip through them, he has to keep pressing the Next button to get to the type of desired bread. I will avoid the Breadman brand in the future.

    Does not work

    I bought my first Breadman Breadmaker in 2001. It has been awesome. When the seal in the bucket started leaking I ordered this new one. I have only just had time to try it out because of a very busy schedule. The bucket that all of the ingredients go in won't stay in place and comes loose. It bangs and rattles around all over the inside of the oven. It is worthless. Not sure what to do.
