    Please read before purchasing..

    This project does work but you have to be cautious don't abuse it don't take too much . Eat your three meals try to balance your food drink plenty of water and you have to incorporate bananas at least 2 a day . I recommend walking with light weights you don't want to overdo it or else you will get side effects. the side effects that I experienced were feeling weak when I overate because the more that you eat the more you go I started getting cramps in my legs from lack of potassium and that's when I started incorporating bananas for me that was the worst of it for other people I've heard much worst. Again don't abuse the product . Use it for a 3-month.and then take it only twice a week or take a break listen to your body... I took a three-month break and gained back 5 pounds.. one packet ...

    Really works!

    i have taken this for over 2yrs and lost over 60lbs I am sure if i ate better and exercised would lose alot more than that. Curbs your appetite and you honestly eat alot less and dont really want all that food that's not good for you
