I did not approve this order. offer was made and declined/not accepted. I withdrew offer and deleted transaction. My card was charged and item sent. Seller is refusing to accept return and refund. I have notified my bank! I expect Ebay to step in and correct this scammer situation. and this has happened twice in the same week and am expecting to receive yet another of the same item today that I must return as wee.
