I had to reset it, but after following some other instructions it is working fine. I had issues with sd card so I ended up paying for cloud for 6 months which isn't expensive. The video quality is clear and I can span a whole 360 degrees. I really needed it for a remote location where i am refurbishing a property. I am pleased with this purchase.
