We absolutely love our Nespresso Vertuo Next! It came as described, open box, but to our surprise it did have the trial pods. It works great! Our only negative part was the shipping. On the estimated delivery date, the tracking hadn't updated to show receipt of the package, but it did arrive shortly after.
