Although the headphones seem to have an echo even when the volume was turned down it still worked and it was usable. I looked through the manual to see what more could be done for the device but none of their suggestions work. I don't know if it means it's improperly adjusted or just a reject. But at the lowest of volume the echo is gone. Which doesn't help very much as the person using it needs the volume to be slightly more raised.
