The seller's protective wrap layers saved the rack from shipping damage. only got a couple of small rub-throughs on a side panel (which I will put up against a wall, so it doesn't matter for my install). The pallet broke somewhere on it's 2000+ mile ride and the rack slid off partially and into the side of the trailer. Would I buy from the seller again? Yes, definitely. Would I choose the largest rack APC makes again? No. But it needed to match an existing rack.
