    Product didn’t work

    While this product set-up was easy to do, the product itself didn’t work. Not sure why. I followed the directions correctly. I did the trouble-shoot that was suggested for the problem. Couldn’t correct issue ( would not grind, arm mechanism just spun around) However the return of product was easy.

    It's ok.

    It works fine but takes a lot of arm work, though not hard work, to get the beans ground and the grind isn't as fine as I would like.

    It is what I expected.

    Using the finest grind for espressos & it works well. Only issue is the rubber sleeve that covers the bottom of glass is not staying attached anymore
