This seller saved the day for me. A projector was a part of my daughters main christmas gift. I ordered a projector from another seller only to find out the inside lense was cracked. Not sure if it happened during transit or what. I was skeptical of ordering another online but didnt want to pay the high prices in store so I took my chances with this seller and im glad I did! Items package had previously been opened and there were scuffs on the controller so it appeared to be used, not new as was listed in the description. Also it was just put in a larger box without any sort of padding or protection, but thankfully wasn't damaged in shipping. Otherwise, the product is in good shape and so far seems functional, and was sold at a decent price though, so I am mostly satisfied with my purchase.
