Ordered a glass tree topper and the package was smashed when it got to me across the country as it was wrapped in bubble wrap and a grocery bag. They did write the word “fragile” on it, but seeing as how that’s not a magic word that protects glass, it was broken. A box might have fared much better. I contacted the shop owner and got an, “I’m sorry” but when I mentioned an exchange or return, I didn’t hear another word. Beware if you buy something breakable from this seller!!!
