Great service and professionalism. Item as described per the listing. They provided tracking promptly and the early arrival was a huge surprise. The item was ordered on a Monday and was received 2 days afterwards. The packing was very well done with the item in a brown box from Saint Laurent and not the black gift box but the box was actually wrapped in a black gift wrapping with a plastic ribbon made into a bow. I cannot complain about the unboxing experience & will be a returning customer.
