    This fan is built just like all Vornado fans that I own. High quality construction and engineering. It's not your typical "big box store" product. Although this fan is small, it moves enormous amounts of air..... quietly. I also like it because of its versatility; its ability to stand upright or lay horizontal to meet room requirements. I own 3 other Vornado fans that I use in various places. They don't wear out, either!
