Seller went above and beyond for me, would gladly recommend them. Before I say what I am about to say I want to add some important context, the seller did a fantastic job packing the server I ordered and what happened was 0% their fault.
Long story short the server got here and everything was fine except for one of the ears broke off entirely in transit. I contacted the seller and he without any hassle at all sent a replacement ear. Again they packed the server really well its not their fault.
