Paid for my item on the 2nd and didn't recieve until the 15th. And that was only after I had sent a msg and asked where my item was. I would've been okay with a msg from her first letting me know item was shipped late. And item came in a brown envelope. For 15.70,you would think it should be a better packing job.

Yes, could be in a better packaging. The box got smashed flat on the other end from delivery. Other than that, it is as the seller's said. The one I got was not plastic sealed but the seller communicated it to me.
