    Excelent unit at an awesome price

    This is great if you want portability. I have it on my desktop to work with different tones and has a lot of effects, cabs, etc. The construction is solid and I recommend it completely to toy around. Presets were almost unusable for me if you don't tweak them a little bit. It is easy to use, has a lot of tools and if you are a bedroom player, is great bang for buck.

    ZOOM G1 Four, best bang for your buck guitar pedal?

    I prefer Zoom pedals for their tone, value, size. I have tried most of the big names, and have always been happy with Zoom. I recently picked up the flagship Zoom G5n, and i love it, and just today received this little G1 Four, and it's simply stellar. The tones are as good as the G5n, maybe the same chipset? suffice to say that youtube videos won't do any pedal justice, again, this sounds as good as the G5n. This pedal will be perfect as i need a fly rig(battery powered too) to literally throw in my gigbag as i play outside a lot, and i'm an ultralight gear guy. i think it would be perfect for any level guitarist. Best features? the ability to use it like a stompbox, as all 5 effects are available for instant on and off...and the tuner is simply one of the best i've ever seen, it lights ...

    Don't waste your money!!

    I own a Zoom 505 pedal from 20 years ago, I swear this is the same pedal wrapped in a different casing!! Sounds like the 90's pedals, so don't expect much!!
