've already told you I cannot download the photos from my cell phone for some reason and that's why I asked for a cell phone to transfer the photos as proof. The box arrived completely split open and exposed which MAY explain some of the minor scratches on the gun stock or the loosened scope, but my REAL question for you is WHY WAS THIS GUN LISTED AS NEW (OTHER)? How do you explain the 3/4 scratches that already have rust on them on the right side of the barrel, next to the front sight? Shipping

For some reason I got a negative for something apparently the postal service screwed up. Ebay seems to agree because they allowed the feedback to stand. The rifle was listed as NEW(OTHER) simply because it was not in it's original box and was classified in our inventory as a "open box" item. Any scratches or scuffs I can only attribute to the postal service mishandling. MY pictures of this item show no scratches or scuffs. I do feel for the buyer because it was a gift for his grandson.
