I ordered 2 yd of Purple microfiber and 5 of Indigo. The order arrived with the quantities reversed; 2 yd of Indigo and 5 of Purple. I sent a message w/in an hour of delivery. 4 hours later, I got a response; an offer of 3 yds of Indigo to make up the difference. I need 2 x 2 1/2 yds of that color, so that doesn't work. End result? I keep my mistaken delivery, and they are sending 5 additional yds of Indigo! That is what we used to call "Customer Service"; didn't know it still existed!!!
