Cons: did not update tracking for a few days and I had to contact them They had a quick response and shipped it quickly after that. (Caveat: this was purchased right before Christmas so I am sure they were just busy.)

Very secure solid foam packaging with great buffer space between printer and the sturdy brown box. “Epson certified refurbished” was printed on the outside. NO user manual/quick start guide/invoice(needed for 1 yr warranty service, per packing slip). Good blue tape that doesn’t leave a residue used extensively to secure the printer’s movable parts. Great value. Sold/shipped/supported by Epson. Thanks!
