Item was as described. Inside the PC case was very clean, worked fine out of the box which was well packed. The thermal paste was dry but functional on the CPU which I replaced. UPS sat on the package for 1.5 days in our local warehouse. No fault of the shipper. The price dropped $9.00 after my purchase, which is the way it goes sometimes. I should have waited a week to purchase. Overall very happy.
