    Classic and reliable

    These Ambassadeur reels are great old classics. They aren't quite as smooth as some of the newer reels, and don't have some of the bells and whistles but they are iron clad and proven. And they can be had for a fraction of the price of the new stuff. They are still in use 20-30 after being sold and still perform well. I have several and will buy more as long as they are offered.

    Great little 5000 series reel only downside is that ultra cast series does not have instant anti-reverse
