The salon came packed correctly. But Fed Ex must have dropped it somewhere in thier shipping process and broke the gallon can lid off . The product was all over the box and the inside of the box was full of the roof treatment. I notified Ebay and the matter was handled fast and professional. The shipper did what they was suppose to do too. I would buy this product and from the shipper again.
