Just as described and what was actually pictured... Charged separate shipping on three items and I asked if they could bundle and ship in same box to save on boxes and shipping and was told no. Then shipped them all together in the same box anyways. One other item was not what was described or pictured, still waiting to hear from them on that... For the price, ok items.     Easy-to-use floor scrubber machine

    My kitchen floor is old vinyl that hadn't been touched with anything besides a Swiffer in a long time. I was hoping this machine would really do wonders for my floor, but sadly, it didn't clean it as well as I had hoped. It could be due to the solution I used (bought directly from Bissell), but it certainly doesn't look "as good as new." I will try using it again though - anything I do is better than what it was before!

    Hard wood floor scrubber

    The machine is good but the pads don’t work very well so I used them to cut out a pattern for scotch brute pads and used them instead and it works better now It did the job and I had to add floor cleaner directly on the floor also
