Chatted with customer service , via texted message, figured it out. The barrel for the litter box was dirty had to clean it. Customer service stated, they get this stuff in pallets and checked for operational functions only. Wasn't nasty inside, no biggy a little wiping and it was clean. Delivered before date expected. Everything as stated.
