Seller listed item with free shipping, then shipped it via USPS Ground in a Priority box (which USPS does not allow), and paid for literally 1 ounce of postage. The package was 7 pounds. I had to go to the post office and pay $9.05 to get my order because I wanted my item too much to reject it, and I have messaged seller 3 times over 5 days, and seller has ignored me completely. He is scamming USPS and his buyers are paying the price.

    World's best rice cookers

    Our first one of these lasted 12 years of hard almost daily use. The non-stick coating was starting to flake off the cooking pot and new replacements are no longer available for that model or we would probably not have replaced it. It still works fine. We love how well the rice comes out and the way you can leave a fresh batch of rice in the cooker for two days on the warm setting, taking out helpings as you need. The cooker keeps the rice nice and moist even at the end of the second day. The many settings allow one to cook all kinds of different rices and some hot cereals like oatmeal. We also put things in small bowls on top of the cooked rice to warm up to eat with the rice. Just a wonderful versatile appliance and worth every penny of its seemingly high price.

    amazing little device. a must have for asian households or anyone that cooks lots of rice. i mostly cook jasmine rice but there are other options to make different types of rice as well.

    Great Rice cooker!

    My mom loves this rice cooker. I've had to order 2 more for other members of my family. The keep warm function keeps rice nice and fluffy. Most other would dry out the rice, but not this one.

    A good functioning rice cooker

    The rice cooker was well packed. I do extensive interior and exterior cleaning before cooking. It looks good afterwards and able to make good tasting rice. I had tried 2 cups and 3 cups, regular and quick settings and results were all good.

    AWESOME rice cooker

    My neighbor, who is from Japan, has one of these. She swears by it. Then my other neighbor got one because she saw how easy it is to make perfect rice every time. Then I got one, and then two more neighbors got them too. So we ALL sign up to bring the rice to pot luck dinners now! It's so easy - you don't ever have to worry about anything boiling over on the stove or something getting too dry. I haven't used it enough yet to know exactly how much time a certain amount of rice will take to cook (there's only a timer that says when 15 minutes are left - so before then, you're kind of in the dark, depending on the type of rice and the amount you're using). But other than that - it's fantastic.
