Deceptive seller, do not buy from. The toner was not "Open Box", it was used and refilled sold as an unused cartridge. There was toner on the drum, but the reset gear was in the starting position. This means it was used and pulled apart to reset it. If it really was for the wrong printer this wouldn't be possible nor would they have sold 181 of them. There is als wear on the chip meaning it had previously been inserted in a printer.

    Brother Toner

    Toner cartridge fine. It is a high yield but just bought it so no clue how long it will last. What really STINKS is that I JUST bought printer and I don’t think the toner it came with printed more than 200 pages before it crapped out and the new toner was almost half the total purchase price of the printer. Thanks Brother! I remember when a new Brother printer shipped with a regular toner cartridge that lasted for a year or two before needing replacement. Thats the world we live in today, I guess I should be used to it by now...
