My seller is a fraudulent seller ! No only did I purchase an electric blanket, but the blanket didn't warm efficiently ! I communicated this with seller and they want to give me a 5% refund and I'm supposed to keep blanket ! When that wasn't satisfying to me I told the seller it doesn't work and I want a full refund plus return shipping to be paid by seller! The seller now offers a 10-15% discount to keep blanket ! This seller explains he needs it returned undamaged so that they can resell it !

Claimed it would take longer than listing said to deliver, never shipped, just bad excuses in broken English, then claimed package that never shipped had been damaged. I needed this, sure puts me in a bind. At least I got refunded but that is of little help now.
