Item arrived intact and packaged well but shipping was SO SLOW and communication poor. Item did not get handed over to USPS till I emailed and asked about it. I understand the holidays are crazy but seller could have communicated that it would not be shipped till after the holidays.
Ordered Dec 16 and didn't arrive till Jan 2. Ebay stated on listing it would arrive Dec 21-27.
Overall, I am giving a positive because I did receive the item as described and packaged well but took awhile.

This Hopscotch Hill American Girl 16" jointed doll Logan arrived well packaged in excellent used condition in a complete clean costume as represented. I especially appreciate her moveable but not floppy joints so that she can hold a pose. 100% pleased with this transaction at a fair price.
