I'm new to using eBay, so I hope I fill this out correctly. The only slight ding is, I felt the shipping time was a little long but fortunately that didn't put me in a bind. As for "seller communication", I received shipping notices from eBay, but not the seller directly, unless that is considered the same thing. Anyway, I gave 5 stars. The printer itself was packed very well and appears to be in excellent condition for its age. Nice printer for the price.

Seller requests I revise my earlier negative feedback. I would revise it if there was a 0 -- zero -- star category.You refunded what you owed me for item not as described.

    Decent scanner for the price.

    Decent flatbed scanner for the price. I liked the PDF button that converts any scanned " picture " of a document into a PDF. Also I downloaded ( from HP ) the updated drivers for Windows 10, and they worked well. I created a shortcut to the scanner on my Win 10 desktop. So I can double click the Icon to open the scanner software....and then click on the one " scan " button and it begins the scan. Pretty simple

    General purpose scanner

    Good scan quality for paper, picture, slide(positive) and negative films. The only area in need of attention is the slow, almost manual control, involving having to tell the same check boxes for every scan. I replaced a 4 year old model but this one works very well and fits in the same space as the other. The setup was as easy as it gets but I am using a HP PC.

    Why i bought this

    It was bought so i can scan photo's to send to family members across the ocean in Scotland. It was easy to set up, although the install disk was damaged when i opened it up, i was able to access HP online and download the necessary drivers. The ease and functionality of the scanner even allows my wife who is not computer friendly to use it's feature. Great purchase and would recommend this item to anyone looking for a scanner for the first time, or as a replacement to an older model.

    Photo Scanner

    A very quick, convenient way to digitize your slides, negatives and old family photos. This allows you to preserve those family photos forever. An easy way to share those photos with other family members. The scanner is easy to use and requires no special skills or additional hardware. Once photos are on your computer you can reprint them, share them or simple archive them. It has made organizing my photos an easy task, one I have up to now avoided!
