Packaged well and received w/o damage. The hearing aids are just as advertised, and both seem to function as designed. Shipping time was excessive, an entire week just to get from CA to WA. Was that four-day gap between "label creation" and "received by USPS" due to bad service, or just due to unusually extreme weather in CA that week?
