I received a damaged item listed as "brand new" and "NIB" no flaws mentioned in description.No pic of damaged angles in listing. Seller's FIRST response only said, "its not" meaning "its not damaged." Thereafter, they brought up being disabled and offered no help. Very unprofessional, rude, poor attention to detail, dishonest. Gaslighting. False advertisement, poor communication skills, no accountability, very odd experience. Will have to eat the cost of the product bc they won't accept returns.
