Controller works HOWEVER the packaging was horrible. It was sent in just a plastic bag so the packaging that the "new" controller came in was mangled and torn. I'm glad this wasn't for a gift because I'd be asking for a refund. Seller should take more pride in sending their items as the sale isn't complete until they mail it out. Very disappointed with the way the item was treated after purchase. I gave a positive because at least it works.
