The LCD was fine. Packaging great. However, it was the wrong item (the unit listed was supposed to have USB-C with power delivery - I sent in pictures). They issued a partial refund (much appreciated). I encourage buyers and sellers to expect mistakes, we all make them. The key is to find remedies quickly and easily for all. If there is no indication seller negligence, buying more product at reduced prices can also be a quick remedy.

They denied sending the wrong monitor (ok we all make mistakes). But then simply re-iterated "ask for a return" or a "replace" (which is the same thing, but now puts the risk on the buyer for repackaging - remember, they denied their fault). I appoligized, that I could not spend more time on this issue.

    Lightweight and versatile

    The Compact C1 is easy to carry around as well as roll along the floor. With the attachments, self-reeling cord, and telescoping handle there's no place you can't reach. It has six suction settings, even the lowest one works well. And it's quiet enough that it doesn't scare my cats. I was skeptical at paying such a high price for a vacuum in a small house but itvwas well worth it and I got a fantastic deal on eBay.

    Pros and cons

    Pros it is a great vacuum, cons are I had to clean it and replace all the filters and bags because smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and filled my house.

    Wonderful vacuum

    so far so good!

    love how strong this vacuum is. Even though I just received it and used it at my house a couple times, I've used this same product at my parents house (my reason for buying it for myself). It's light (compared to my previous vacuums), it sucks the dirt great, and can get to hard to reach areas. would definitely recommend this!
