This seller represents what eBay is all about. I received the item very well wrapped and protected, and very fast (within 2 full days of ordering!).
Unfortunately, something must have happened during transit. The unit turned on, but the tray didn’t recognize the disc, and wouldn’t play a cd.
I reached out to the customer to let him know, and began the return process. The communication was fast and polite, and we were able to resolve the issue really quickly.
