Very good. It shipped fast, was nicely packaged, in immaculate, like new condition, and the battery life is great. I will say though, when my right ear bud completely died, I only got a replacement for the right one, but I just purchased the left earbud because the battery levels were way off. I don't know if it was a bug, but you might wanna just replace both if youve been using them heavily for a while

Couldn’t update tho bc I didn’t have both my original buds. I asked the distributor if they could do anything and they responded promptly. I ended up sending my earbuds to them and they got it fixed. This rlly works!
