    Awesome little GPS!

    I recently just bought the Magellan Roadmate 1210 GPS. I have to say I was a little e nervous it was going to be too small with the 3.5'' screen, but I have to say I don't mind it at all. In fact I love this little unit. Most GPS's take you the longest way possible and a lot of my friends complain about theirs, But i have yet to have a problem with it yet. I do a lot of traveling and even though this is considered an entry level unit, it was well worth the money! I like it too because its small and easy to stick in my laptop bad or in my luggage. Anyways, this is in my opinion the best entry level unit out there in the market.. highly recommended!

    Outdated maps

    Easy to use, but outdated maps (map version was two years old upon receipt in 10/10), but there are roads OVER THREE YEARS OLD that are not in the map library!! It's expensive to update maps (costs $80 on line), so you are far ahead spending more for a newer unit, which should come with newer maps - be sure to check what version comes with the unit you are considering.

    Very good

    I took my hubby on vacation to california and it was so nice to have the GPS!! I love how it give turn by turn directions and it works amazingly great! I decided to buy it because I can not read a map to save my life!!

    Magellan RoadMate GPS

    I loved how compact this GPS is and that it can be easily mounted on my windshield. I don't like that it has to be connected to the charging device and doesn't have the ability to charge but it is not a huge detriment.
