Sally Hansen Nail Polish Strips (Salon Effects and Inst Gel Strips) are outstanding. Easy to apply and long lasting. When used with a base coat and top coat, no chipping and no show of wear until after 6-7 days or longer. Lasts 10 days easily (I change between 7 and 10 days out). I usually change only because I want something different, not because they need to be changed. I often receive compliments on my nails and people cannot believe I do them myself.
