Oregon Quality better than OEM
I bought these blades to replace the original blades on a Swisher zero turn mower with 202 hours. The OEM Swisher gator blades were pretty rough after 200 hours and cut quality was poor. The Oregon blades appear to be of exceptional quality. I like to purchase Oregon products like chainsaw chains because they always remain sharper and last longer than OEM chains. These blades likewise seem to be of higher quality and they provided a vastly improved finish cut over the OEM blades they replaced. Granted, the original blades had over 200 hours of use. The price of these blades is reasonable compared to the OEM blades. Great for normal cutting.
Blades are great for my 60 inch trailmower however, they mulch to clippings some much that on tall grass the mower will over load and kill the engine. I will need to get non-mulching blades for the tall stuff since I didn't have this problem as bad. I want some for the lawn tractor now.
